It has 9 levels of heating and can reach maximum temperature of 122℉ / 50℃.  It can run for 1-120 minutes, allowing you plenty of time to relax and rejuvenate.  A very convenient remote control allows you to control the heating level and timing at any point during your treatment.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared Sauna for Home

Much like the Home Steam Sauna, this Infrared Sauna for Home is just as easy to install. It also takes less than a minute to open the tent and less than 10 minutes to install the entire thing. The Velcro band around your neck can be adjusted according to your preference (loose or tight) to keep the heat in.  Use a small hand towel to wrap around your neck area which will also help keep the heat in.

Time setting are between 1 and 60 minutes; Temperature setting 104-167F° / 40-75℃. It also has a handy remote control.
